スタッフ全員が笑顔でお客さんを招き入れ、お客さんに料理を楽しんでいただき、感謝の気持ちを込めてお見送りする。またお客さんがPSTにご来店してくれる。良い評価ばかりではありませんが、日々お客さんに少しばかり幸せな時間を提供出来ればと頑張ったスタッフ、そして、お客様ありがとうごさいます。
